Recon may use contact information provided through the Website to send information about our services, company updates, educational materials, or other business-related communications.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication or by contacting us at [email protected].

These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, monitoring, system security measures, employee procedures, vendor management, and other protections appropriate to the nature of the information.

No website, network, electronic communication, or data-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use appropriate caution when submitting information through the Internet and should not submit confidential passwords, financial account numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through a general Website form.

The Website is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and Recon does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.

Individuals under 13 should not submit personal information through the Website. If we learn that we have collected personal information online from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, videos, maps, platforms, or services that Recon does not control.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy, security, or data-handling practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the applicable third party’s privacy policy before providing information or interacting with its services.

The inclusion of a link or embedded service does not mean Recon is responsible for that provider’s privacy practices.

Recon may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Website, services, vendors, business practices, or legal obligations.

When we make changes, we will post the revised policy on the Website and update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through an additional Website notice or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of the Website after an updated policy becomes effective is subject to the revised Privacy Policy.
