Part-Time Technician
Location: Remote (occasional travel within the Golden Triangle, TX)

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Computer Technician with 1–2 years of experience to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. While most support will be provided remotely, occasional travel to client sites within the Golden Triangle area (Beaumont, Port Arthur, Orange) will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer help calls, emails, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
Provide remote technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows workstations, printers, Office 365, and virtual servers.
Travel to customer locations as needed for on-site support and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting printers and peripheral devices.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and user management.
Familiarity with virtual server environments (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay Range: $18–24 per hour, based on experience.
Hours: 16 to 32 hours per week.
Schedule Flexibility: We will work around college or school schedules for the right candidate.
Nice to Have:
A+ or other relevant certifications.
Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
